Lydia Lifeline

On February 7-9, 2008, 101 women from eighteen states, twelve denominations and four countries met together on St. Simons Island, Georgia for our first Lydia Prayer Conference. Our purpose in meeting was to seek God together for revival. Using Acts 1:8 as our mandate we prayed for revival to come to Jerusalem (us personally and our families), Judea (our churches and communities), Samaria (the nation), and the ends of the earth (the world). God met us in a powerful way as we prayed and shared together around His Word.
 
Since the closing of the Lydia Prayer Conference we have felt an increasing burden on our hearts to find a way to mobilize prayer for revival on behalf of our nation.  We would like to invite you to join with us in what we are calling the Lydia Lifeline - seeking God together for revival in America! We want to challenge women from across the country to pray daily for revival in America.  For example if, 144 women would join with us for just ten minutes a day we would have 24 hours of prayer each day ascending to the Father on behalf of the USA !!!
 
For those of you who choose to join with us in prayer we would send you guidelines to help you in your prayer time. Your daily minutes could be spent alone in prayer or you could pray with others such as other members of your Lydia prayer group on different days throughout the week.
 
We also have a Lydia Prayer Gram that we will send out through e-mail with crucial prayer points for the nation. It will give helpful information and guidance as you pray corporately or individually for revival.
 
"For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, is working for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory" (2 Corinthians 4:17).
 
Would you prayerfully consider becoming a part of the Lydia Lifeline giving of yourself to the following:
 
1. I am offering myself with God as my helper and as He enables me to join the Lydia Lifeline and intercede daily for revival in the United States.
 
2.  I would like to receive the Lydia Prayer Gram to unite my heart and mind with other women around the country so that we are praying in one accord.
